VIBRATORY MOTORS are three phase and consists of the following.
Stators with special low loss magnetic core lamination for high efficiency and to achieve a low operative temperature of the motor itself. Winding impregnated with special, highly insulating epoxy resins. The drop by system ensures that all spaces between the winding coils are totally filled andtherefore completely blocked.
DUTY Our all vibratory motors are designed with continues duty operation with low temperature.
MOUNTING All vibratory motor can be fixed in all positions. They should be mounted on a rigid, flat, clean-machined surface and fixed with high-tension bolts, and vibration proof nuts, then tightened with a torque wrench.
FIELD OF OPERATING TEMPERATURE All ‘J.K’ vibratory motors are designed to work from -30 to +50 temperature continuously at maximum centrifugal force.
TOP QUALITY Every J.K vibratory motor is subject to a very stringent quality procedure on the mechanical and the electrical side before it is allowed to leave the work.
MAIN BODY it is fabricated from seamless pipe of suitable thickness. The completed fabricated body will be stress relieved. All vibrators are with absolutely tight housing which is also suitable for use in dusty environment.
DRIVE SHAFT This is made of EN-8 material of tested quality in order to withstand high torque depending on centrifugal force is achieved.
ROLLER BEARING Standards cylindrical roller bearings (NJ series) are over dimensioned in relation to the high speed and stain of strong loads to offer increased operational reliability.
TERMINAL BOX Resin mounted terminal box with cable gland ensures full durability continued operation.
UNBALANCE MASSES This will be of standard design made of steel plates with a fixed and movable flywheel blocks. Graduations are marked on the circumferences for easy tracing of the weights, which serves for regulation of the oscillation width from zero to maximum.
QUITE OPERATION Unlike the electromagnetic types, which produce impact noise, these vibrators are of the rotary types and generate no annoying noise.
EASY ADJUSTMENT OF FORCES vibratory force can be set easily and sleeplessly by adjusting the unbalance weights in order to meet the requirements of each application.
POWER SUPPLY Vibratory motors are designed for standard 3 f 415V/ 50Hz. AC supply only.
TYPE OF PROTECTION Degree of protection for vibratory motor will be IP-55 / IP-54.
LUBRICATION All vibratory motors are lubricated in our plant and need no additional lubrication. Thanks to the use of a particular grease retention system.
